Acceptance of terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the PeppeR&D storefront at peppernd.com. By browsing the site, placing an order, or completing checkout, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or place orders.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter into binding contracts to use this site and place orders. By ordering, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

Research use only

All compounds offered by PeppeR&D are sold strictly for laboratory, analytical, and research purposes. Products are not intended for human consumption, medical diagnosis, treatment, or veterinary use. You acknowledge that no product is represented as a drug, supplement, or food additive, and that PeppeR&D makes no claims regarding efficacy for any in-vivo application.

By purchasing, you confirm you are a qualified researcher or purchasing agent acting on behalf of a legitimate organization, and that you will handle, store, and dispose of all materials in accordance with applicable laws and safety standards.

Orders & pricing

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may decline or cancel any order at our discretion.
Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. Volume and referral discounts apply according to the terms displayed at checkout.
We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse service where fraud or misuse is suspected.

Payment

Payment is processed securely through our payment processor (Stripe). By submitting payment you authorize us to charge the chosen method for the full order total, including applicable shipping and transaction fees. Orders are not confirmed until payment is successfully received.

Shipping & delivery

Shipping is handled by third-party carriers. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not liable for carrier delays, losses, or errors once a package is in transit.

Returns & refunds

Due to the nature of research compounds, all sales are final unless a product arrives damaged or incorrect. Claims must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Approved replacements or refunds are issued at our discretion.

Intellectual property

All site content, branding, product information, and materials are the property of PeppeR&D and may not be reproduced or used commercially without written permission.

Disclaimers

The site and products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Product specifications, including purity and molecular data, are based on supplier documentation and are not independently guaranteed beyond the certificate of analysis provided.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PeppeR&D shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of any product, or from reliance on site content. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PeppeR&D from any claim, loss, or damage arising from your use, handling, or distribution of purchased products in violation of these Terms or applicable law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which PeppeR&D operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
